About Us
The Panhellenic Alumnae of Palm Beach County offers educational scholarships for junior & senior college women (see below). Our members consists of college sorority alumnae who gather in the name of friendship and scholarship in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Mission
We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service, through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
Overview
Founded in 1926, we have long history of goodwill and community involvement. Any woman who is an alumna member of a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority is invited to join. Annual membership dues are forty dollars ($40.00). With a prior reservation, prospective alumnae members are welcome at our meetings.
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Each year, we award at least one $500 scholarship to a sophomore woman from Palm Beach State College continuing on to her junior year, and several $500 to $1,500 scholarships to full-time degree seeking students from Palm Beach County, Florida. An applicant must be: a full time student entering her junior or senior year at an accredited college/university in the USA, have a 3.0 or higher GPA, be a resident of Palm Beach County when not at school, show financial need and be a citizen of the USA . Scholarships are awarded to recipients after the annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon and typically before the beginning of the Fall Semester. The scholarship application deadline for Fall 2025 is May 31st, 2025.
RECOMMENDATIONS/REFERENCES FOR RUSH: We need your request at least four weeks prior to the start of Recruitment. For the U of Alabama we need your request four weeks prior to July 15. When you are contacted by our Chairman you will need to provide her with your resume in WORD format (no photos on the document) and a separate small photo in jpeg format.
PLEASE provide us with your city of residence and telephone number when contacting us regarding meetings, college scholarships or recommendations/references. Lack of information will delay your request.

10:30am Meet & Greet. 11:00am Business Meeting
Meeting are typically 11:00am - 2:00 pm
We have both "in home" and restaurant meetings.
Some restaurant meeting require prepaid reservations
and we typically arrive when the restaurant opens.
A Food Committee provides lunch at in home meetings.
